2013 So Far

halfbannerEvery year I like to postmy favorite films of the year so far around this time, when Summer movie season is over and studios prepare to unleash what’s supposed to be their very best films. And I really hope they have some really special stuff instore for us because despite there being a few gems, the year has been mostly just “okay.”

Now, unlike previous years, I’m not going to do a big write up for each film because I really don’t have the creative juices to do it right now. Because of this I’ll just do it like I do my posts on the best of  the month, with categories and all. I’ve seen about 45 new releases, so I’ll just post my top 10 and a couple of honorable mentions.
